Delivery Rates And Policies

When your parcel is collected and delivered by an Evri courier, it will typically reach you within 1-3 working days depending on the service you pay for. Evri will provide an estimated delivery time of 4 hours, so you know roughly when your parcel will arrive. If the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, Evri allows for three consecutive courier attempts. Please note the Evri couriers can deliver to your home, a neighbor, or a safe place.

All delivery notifications will be sent via Email, SMS, or Mobile App to ensure you are kept up-to-date and informed throughout the process.

All deliveries can be tracked in the Orders section of your account. Please allow 7 working days from the date of your order before querying a delivery with our Customer Services team.

Returns And Replacements

If you are not happy with your order for any reason we have a 30 day return policy. Please contact us to arrange a courier to pick up the item when and where it is convenient for you at no cost.

All of our customers have a choice to return your products and get them replaced for another or receive a full refund.

Please allow time for your refund to be processed. We will ensure all refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt of goods, and replacements will be sent out 1 working day after receipt of the faulty item at no delivery charge.
