Through our standard delivery policy using Evri, your parcel will typically reach you within 2-3 working days. However, you can opt for a next working day delivery option.

We update our site as often as possible to ensure all featured items are in stock. If an item you like is out of stock, we will do our best to ensure it is available as quickly as possible. Please use the option on the product page to be notified of when a product is back in stock by email. If a product on your order goes out of stock, the product will be removed, and you will not be charged.

All of our customers have a choice to return products and get them replaced for another or to receive a full refund. We will organise a courier collection service through Evri.
